The massive influx of gulls, primarily RBGU & BOGU last week largely left, likely when I saw them in a mass exodus on Oct 30th at dusk. I thought they might be going out into the bay for the night but, based on this week's numbers, I witnessed their departure on Oct 30th.
Gizzard shad numbers continue to be very high with these small, silvery fish lightly popping the water surface on the bay and in the discharge channel.
