A modest couple thousand in morning, then a crush of over five thousand ultra-high fliers from 2:15-3p. Contacted my hawk-buddies— Tom Beachy, Dan Duso, and Tim Straight- who were looking at empty skies at the PCSP site, and told them to get ready for the “crush” at 4p. I headed to their location, and at 4:03, the massive squadrons arrived, ending with a total of 5900 BWs, viewed and photographed. Glad to have been able to share the experience |
